Dear Enservio leadership:
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you about the exceptional customer service I received from your employee Jack Murphy today.
I have worked in property claims for the past 8 years and I recently accepted an opportunity with a different company who uses Enservio. I had not previously used them as the prior companies I worked for did their own contents.
I was initially very skeptical about using a 3’d party vendor to process my contents for me and it seemed like it would be another system to learn and more hoops to jump through. Today I ran into my first claim (a transfer file from another adjuster) that already had Enservio involved in the contents processing. Being new to the Enservio system I figure it would be a hassle to try to get a file reassigned to me and to figure out how to work the system (in more detail than the 1-2 hour basic intro I received in training).
I called and left a message for Enservio, not expecting to hear back anytime soon. To my surprise I received a call from an Enservio employee not too long thereafter. The employee, Jack Murphy, not only took the time to get the file reassigned to me instantly, but he also took almost 45 minutes (late in the day) to go over questions I had regarding the Enservio system, and to show me what I really needed to know to properly use Enservio going forward.
I now have a much better understanding of how to use Enservio, and thanks to him, I am no longer skeptical about using it going forward.
I just wanted to let you know that I truly appreciated the time he took to make sure that I understood how to use the system, and to answer my questions really impressed me, and being in customer service myself, I try to give credit where credit is due. Jack Murphy went above and beyond to show a new user how to use your system in a way that is rare these days, and it did not go unrecognized.
