LiveChat provides you with an instant and secure connection to an enservio consultant from the comfort and convenience of your computer. This service allows you to multitask while working with your insureds; saving you time and speeding up the settlement process.

With LiveChat you can:

Submit a new claim (*standard claims of 15 items or less are eligible for rapid processing)
Check the status of an existing claim
Ask questions about a previously completed claim
Request modifications for a previously completed claim

Using LiveChat is easy, follow these simple steps:

Click the LiveChat icon at the top of this page
Fill out the information requested on the LiveChat form and click “chat now”
Online hours (EDT/EST)(Mon – Thurs 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm): Our contents consultants are available to respond to you immediately
Offline hours: You are able to leave a message during off hours and a contents consultant will respond to you at the start of the next business day

*Turnaround times for standard claims of 15 items or less are typically 1 – 3 business hours. These cycle times exclude specialty items that require additional research. Standard valuation service billing rates apply. Business hours (EDT/EST): Mon – Thurs 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
